Welcome to my personal website! I am Jack Clifft, and I have had the privilege of serving as the Digital Patient Experience Manager at mydentist. Customer Experience
Detailing the customer experience products I have completed

Online Booking
Developed an online booking product from inception, improved it iteratively by moulding it to the business requirements, completed a multi-site rollout and operationalised it in over 500 dental practices.

CRM
Designed a bespoke in-house CRM solution to serve practices with the web enquiry and dental history forms.

Dental Plan
Worked through the vendor selection process. This has allowed us to improve our customer loyalty strategy by getting more patients to sign up for a monthly subscription. We integrated this with our online booking system, creating a UK first product, allowing patients to sign up online and schedule their first appointment.
